In late May of 2022, we stepped into a meadow of wildflowers. The only sound we could hear was the breeze whispering through the tall grass. We knew instantly that this meadow was the place we had been searching for—the place that would call us to step into the void.

The Land is a gorgeous, rugged piece of the beauty that makes up Washington state’s Columbia River Gorge. When we first purchased it, it was in need of some serious stewardship. After a year and a half of digging, hauling, demo-ing, decision-making, and rebuilding, The Land was finally ready to host its first visitors.

The Land is a place to gather with purpose, listen to the sounds of the Earth, and notice. It is a place that invites reflection and imagination.

Currently The Land is available to small, self-sufficient groups. Eventually we hope to offer an array of retreat and workshop opportunities.

Our Story

“Together, we gather on the ridge between creation and destruction. What else can we do, but stand in the moonlight and sing?”
